Overview
ADU is a nonprofit dedicated to helping military members transition to civilian careers or launch successful businesses. Recognizing an opportunity to provide needed support to a related audience segment, military spouses, ADU launched Milspouse ADU. Though support was available to this audience, program membership and social community numbers were low. ADU enlisted my services to help reposition and refresh the brand and develop a campaign plan to increase awareness and membership.
Action
Conducted a full brand audit and extensive primary and secondary research. Determined where ADU’s brand identity needed to be refined, and repositioned to drive connection with military spouses. I created and delivered a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy, which included reimagining and designing specific communications and digital assets relevant to this unique target audience, an integrated marketing communications campaign plan, and in collaboration with ADU’s in-house team, a website redesign.
